Common questions

I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that data. Memo Maze and Memo Mini optionally back progress up via Game Center / Play Games iCloud Snapshots when you're signed in — make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account on the new device, then launch the game.

The game says my device isn't supported.
The minimum OS version for each game is listed on its App Store / Play Store page. Older devices may not run the latest version — older app versions on TestFlight or Google Play's "previous versions" may still work.

How do I turn off sound or music?
Sound and music toggles live in the in-game settings menu (gear icon on the title screen). Settings are saved automatically.

Is there a way to reset the game?
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app clears all local progress. If you've signed in to Game Center / Play Games, leaderboard entries can be hidden from your platform settings.

Do the games collect any personal data?
Never your name, email, or anything that identifies you. Memo Mini is ad-free and ships zero third-party trackers. Cosmic Path uses standard mobile SDKs (AdMob, GameAnalytics, Sentry) but they only see anonymous gameplay events and a device-level advertising ID. The per-game privacy policies below spell out exactly what each game does.
